Binding registration for remote and classroom training

Registration for or ordering of training courses is always binding. However, you can cancel the registration or ordering of the training course at no cost no later than seven (7) days before the training begins. If the cancellation is not reported within this timeframe, we will charge the full cost of the training. Cancellations must be reported by email to toimisto@turvallisuusopisto.fi.

Changing the participant

Registration can be transferred free of charge to another person if the person who originally registered is unable to attend the training. A change of participant must be reported by email to toimisto@turvallisuusopisto.fi before the start of the training.

Absence of the participant from the agreed training

If a registered participant is unable to attend the agreed training for any reason and the cancellation has not been made within the above deadline, the registration can be transferred free of charge once (1) to another, later training date. After this, any further transfers or absences will be charged at the full price of the training. An invoice for the original training will be sent in any case on the date of the original training, regardless of whether participation has been transferred to a later date.

The refund of the payment to the customer is made using the payment method used in the order (not by bank transfer). There are no costs associated with the refund of the payment for the customer.

Payment methods for businesses

If the training has not been paid for at the time of registration, an invoice will be sent after the training. Suomen Turvallisuusopisto Oy's payment term for business customers is 14 days. When paying the invoice, always use the reference number given on the invoice.

Electronic invoicing (e-invoice) is free of charge for businesses. We charge a paper invoice surcharge of 5.00 euros for paper invoices. The applicable VAT of 25.5 % is added to the prices.
