Chat<\/h2>\n<p>The website's chat assistant runs on a service provided by Zapier Inc. in the United States. The chat loads only when you open it with the chat button. After that, the chat also loads automatically on the following pages in the same browser tab until you close the tab. In a new tab, the chat loads only when you open it again.<\/p>\n<p>When the chat loads, Zapier saves the chat session data under its own domain. Zapier also uses the Datadog service in the chat to monitor the performance and errors of its own service. Datadog sets the cookie _dd_s. This monitoring is part of Zapier's service, and we cannot turn it off. The consent settings do not affect the chat. If you do not want this data to be saved, do not open the chat. Zapier is certified under the EU\u2013U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing agreement uses standard contractual clauses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hotjar:<\/strong> data is stored in the EU (Ireland). Some of Hotjar's subprocessors operate outside the EU.
